Rates

Reservations over three nights in low and mid season consult discounts.
Minimum booking two nights (except weekends).

* Prices include all equipment in the apartment (sheets, towels, kitchen, wi-fi)
* Tourist tax (1,00€ / night) over 16 years not included.

* Schedule:
Entry 16: 00h to 23: 00h
Departure before 11: 00h

Late Check out subject to availability until 20: 00h- € 20.00 surcharge.

* Cancellation of the reservation within 10 days prior to arrival date results in the following penalties.

a) Reserve for 2 days or less, 50% of the total price of stay.
b) Reserve for more than 2 days and 7 days, 35% of the total price of stay.
c) Reserve for more than 7 days, 25% of the total price of the vacation ..

A cancellation of reservation will be made at the time of receiving written to info@mascanbuixat.com

In no case may exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment nor can accommodate more people than those agreed on booking.
On arrival, the owner may be asked to pay a deposit which will be refunded upon departure provided that there are no flaws in the housing, furniture and other equipment facilities.

It does not make any payment in case you can not occupy the apartment on the day of arrival or at the time stipulated by any difficulty or if you shorten your reservation.
The cleaning will be performed at the entry and exit. When booking more than 7 nights, cleaning and weekly linen change will be made.
